Junior Section

Beaconsfield Town Football club is one of the premier community football clubs in South Buckinghamshire with a long history having been originally formed in 1921. Beaconsfield Town FC is an asset to the town of Beaconsfield and provides an opportunity for local young people to engage in healthy sport, develop disciplines and friendships and even go on to play at higher levels.

Beaconsfield Town have announced the new Junior section which will offer local boys & girls the opportunity to learn and play football from the ages of 3 to 11 on our new all-weather FIFA approved 3G pitch.

From the 2022/23 season we plan to enter a boys team for each Under 8 to Under 12 age group  in the prestigious Junior Premier League playing on Saturday mornings at Rectory Park,  and teams from Under 7 to Under 12 in the local Thames Valley Development League, played on Sunday mornings. These leagues offer experience to suit all levels, which enable players to develop their skills and match their ambition. Every boy will become a member of the squad fir their age group and given the opportunity to play to the best of their ability.

Junior training will be held each Saturday morning from 8:30 – 10:00am, either on the 3G pitch or on the Meadow, adjacent to the Stadium.

Additional midweek training will be held after school at the Junior Academy on Tuesdays & Thursdays 4.45-5:45pm with our UEFA qualified coaches, developing goalkeeping, defending and attacking skills so the boys are prepared for competitive football at the weekend.  This training is an additional cost.

All the boys have the opportunity to join our pathway towards senior football at Beaconsfield Town FC or beyond and are given every support to achieve their ambitions.

Manager appointment process

When Manager’s and their Assistants are appointed to a team, they will be interviewed by members of the Football Management Committee. This is to make sure everyone understands how the Club works, its Vision and Values and how we all work together for the benefit of our members. This also gives the individual concerned an opportunity to find out any relevant information and to ask questions.
